The enVy® Pillow Return Instructions are below:
- In the unlikely event that things didn’t work out between you and your enVy® Pillow, you may return it within 90 nights from purchase date for a refund.
- Our return promise applies to the full-size enVy® Pillows ONLY. All other enVy products such as pillowcases and the travel pillow are NON REFUNDABLE.
- PLEASE send an email directly to us at email@example.com with all the requested information below within 90 Nights of purchase.
You will receive the shipping address and complete instructions by email within 2 business days.
PLEASE Note: this guarantee is at the discretion of clinics as to their own return policies
- The enVy Pillow must be returned in the original package and all components in an appropriate box or bag.
- You must include original receipt/proof of purchase
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping to the address provided. We do not provide prepaid postage labels
4. After we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund (*which is product price plus tax) to be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.
- PLEASE NOTE: 90 nights is a long period of time. Currency exchange rates tend to fluctuate and can change significantly during this period. Therefore, if you paid for your order in a currency different from Euro (e. g. in sterling or złoty), the actual refund amount, in your home currency, might vary, sometimes from 5% to 10% and more. But since we get paid in Euro, we refund the exact amount in Euro only. Hence, we are not responsible for the discrepancies, in your home currency, between the amount you paid on the day of your purchase and the amount you were refunded after returning a pillow. Unfortunately, currency rate changes are outside of our control.
